DESCRIPTION
Our Slow Cooked Chicken and Rice is a harmonious blend of flavours and textures, perfect for a wholesome meal. Tender, succulent chicken is marinated and sautéed to perfection, providing a juicy and flavourful protein base. It's served atop a bed of yellow rice, which absorbs the savoury juices from the chicken, creating a mouth-watering combination. We have added in a boiled egg to add the extra protein and to add another flavour to the mix.
Complementing the chicken are broccolini and bok choy. Both vegetables are lightly sautéed to retain their fresh, green essence and nutritional benefits.
Perfect for a nutritious lunch or dinner that doesn’t compromise on taste.

INGREDIENTS
Chicken Breast, Egg, Rice, Garlic, Onion, Coconut Oil, Tomato, Chipotle Chilli, Tomato Paste, Mixed Herbs, Cajun Spices, Lemon Juice, Cumin, Coriander Powder, Salt, Pepper, Soy Sauce, Rice Wine Vinegar, Honey, Minced Garlic, Turmeric, Bok Choy, Broccolini.
INSTRUCTIONS
Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze within use by date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
- If fresh, remove film and heat in the microwave for 2-4 minutes on HIGH.
- Let the meal stand for 1 minute and stir well for even heat distribution.
- If frozen, first defrost and then heat as above.
- Reheat longer if required and enjoy.
CAUTION: Always remove carton sleeve before heating. After heating, carefully remove container from microwave. Container & contents will be HOT. Microwaves may vary, adjust cooking times as needed.
